  • In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact us. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

  • You have the option to extend the rental period if your project takes longer than initially planned, only if no one else has booked the props during the period you would like to extend the rent. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that schedules can change, and we're here to support your project's evolving needs.

  • To ensure that the products you are renting are clean and ready for you, we need a buffer time of 48 hours. If you absolutely need something last minute, don't hesitate to call us to check if arrangement can be made.
